테스트미 계정 및 데이터 삭제

테스트미 계정과 테스트 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제한 뒤에는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

앱에서 삭제하기

  1. 테스트미 앱을 열고 아래쪽 「My테미」 탭으로 이동합니다.
  2. 맨 위의 프로필 카드를 눌러 「내 정보 수정」을 엽니다.
  3. 아래쪽 「계정 삭제하기」를 누르고, 확인 창에서 다시 「계정 삭제하기」를 누릅니다.

삭제가 끝나면 자동으로 로그아웃되고 첫 화면으로 돌아갑니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 이메일로 요청하기

앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면 smithee.app@gmail.com으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

  • 제목: [테스트미] 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
  • 내용: 테스트미에 로그인할 때 쓴 계정의 이메일 주소와 로그인 방식(Google, Apple 또는 카카오)

본인 확인을 위해 가능하면 그 계정의 이메일로 보내 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이(보통 7일 이내) 삭제하고 결과를 회신해 드립니다. 계정은 두고 테스트 기록 일부만 지우고 싶을 때도 같은 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제되는 데이터

  • 계정 정보 — 계정 ID(이메일), 로그인 방식, 가입일
  • 프로필 — 닉네임, 나이, 성별
  • 모든 테스트 기록 — 문항 응답, 결과, 실시 일시, 다른 사람을 대상으로 한 기록과 입력한 이름
  • 이 기기의 로그인 정보와 저장해 둔 결과 목록

삭제되지 않는 항목

  • 테스트별 좋아요 수 — 누가 눌렀는지는 남지 않는 숫자입니다.
  • TestMe Plus 구매 — Plus는 스토어 계정에 연결된 1회 결제라서 계정을 지워도 그대로입니다. 이 기기의 Plus 이용 상태와 앱 언어 설정은 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
  • Google Play·App Store의 결제 기록 — 각 스토어가 보관합니다.
  • 계정과 연결되지 않은 앱 사용 통계(Google Analytics for Firebase)와 광고 정보(Google AdMob) — Google의 보존 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다.

Delete your account and data (English)

TestMe (Android and iOS com.yellowpg.testme, developer Smithee). Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app: open TestMe, go to the My TeMi tab, tap your profile card at the top to open Edit My Information, tap “Delete my account” and confirm. You will be signed out when it is done.

Without the app: email smithee.app@gmail.com with the subject “[TestMe] Account deletion request” and the email address and sign-in method (Google, Apple or Kakao) of your account. We will delete your data promptly, usually within 7 days, and reply to confirm. You can also ask us to delete only some test records.

Deleted: your account (account ID, sign-in method, join date), profile (nickname, age, gender), all test records including tests about other people and the names you entered, and the sign-in information and saved results on this device.

Not deleted: per-test like counts, which do not record who liked; your TestMe Plus purchase, which is tied to your store account; purchase records kept by Google Play and the App Store; and usage statistics and ad data not linked to your account, which Google deletes under its retention policy.
