일렁 계정 및 데이터 삭제

일렁 - 감정 기록 & 하루 돌아보기 (Ripple · 패키지 com.emotioncheck · 개발자 Smithee)

일렁에서 만든 계정과 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제한 뒤에는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

앱에서 삭제하기

1. 일렁 앱을 열고 저장고 화면 오른쪽 위의 설정(톱니바퀴)으로 이동합니다.
2. 설정 맨 아래의 「계정 및 데이터 삭제」를 누릅니다.
3. 확인 창에서 내용을 확인한 뒤 「삭제」를 누릅니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 이메일로 요청하기

앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면 smithee.app@gmail.com으로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

• 제목: [일렁] 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
• 내용: 일렁에 로그인할 때 쓴 계정의 이메일 주소와 로그인 방식(Google 또는 Apple)

본인 확인을 위해 가능하면 그 계정의 이메일로 보내 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이(보통 7일 이내) 삭제하고 결과를 회신해 드립니다.

계정은 그대로 두고 기록 일부만 지우고 싶을 때도 같은 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 감정 기록 — 버튼을 누른 시각과 횟수
• 한 줄 메모, 표본에 물들인 색과 색 이름
• 하루의 고찰, 하루의 색, 봉인 기록
• 위 기록의 서버(클라우드) 보관본과 이 기기의 기록
• 일렁 계정 연결 정보

삭제되지 않는 항목

• 같은 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 쓰는 오늘의복음·오늘의기도의 계정과 데이터
• Google Play·App Store의 구매 기록 — 각 스토어가 보관하며, 같은 스토어 계정으로 다시 설치하면 구매한 재료를 복원할 수 있습니다.
• 계정과 연결되지 않은 앱 사용 통계(Google Analytics for Firebase) — Google의 보존 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다.

Delete your account and data (English)

Ripple (package com.emotioncheck, developer Smithee). Deletion cannot be undone.

In the app: open Ripple, go to Settings (gear icon at the top right of the Vault screen), tap “Delete account and data” at the bottom, then confirm.

Without the app: email smithee.app@gmail.com with the subject “[Ripple] Account deletion request” and the email address and sign-in method (Google or Apple) of your account. We will delete your data promptly, usually within 7 days, and reply to confirm. You can also ask us to delete only some of your records.

Deleted: tap records, notes, colors and color names, reflections, day colors, seal records, their cloud copies and the records on your device, and your Ripple account link. Not deleted: accounts and data for Daily Gospel and Daily Prayer, purchase records kept by Google Play and the App Store, and anonymous usage statistics, which are deleted under Google’s retention policy.
