일렁 개인정보처리방침

대장간(Smithee, 이하 「개발자」)은 일렁 앱(Ripple, 패키지 com.emotioncheck, 이하 「앱」) 이용자의 개인정보를 필요한 범위에서만 처리하고 안전하게 보호합니다. 이 방침은 일렁 앱에만 적용되며, 대장간 홈페이지의 처리 방침은 대장간 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

1. 처리하는 정보

  • 계정 정보 — Google 또는 Apple 로그인 시 제공되는 이메일 주소와 사용자 식별자. 같은 계정으로 오늘의복음·오늘의기도 앱을 쓰는 경우 계정을 함께 씁니다.
  • 기록 — 버튼을 누른 시각과 횟수, 한 줄 메모, 표본에 물들인 색과 직접 붙인 색 이름, 하루의 고찰과 하루의 색, 봉인 기록, 봉인 시각 설정
  • 앱 사용 통계 — Google Analytics for Firebase가 자동으로 모으는 정보: 앱 실행과 사용 시간, 기기 모델, 운영체제와 앱 버전, 대략적인 지역(국가 수준), 앱 설치별 무작위 식별자. 감정 기록·메모·고찰의 내용은 통계에 포함되지 않습니다.
  • 음성 입력 — 메모를 말로 입력할 때 마이크를 사용합니다. 음성은 기기의 음성 인식 서비스(Android의 Google 음성 인식, iOS의 Apple 음성 인식)가 글로 바꾸며, 앱은 바뀐 글만 메모로 저장하고 음성은 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 구매·후원 — 결제는 Google Play와 App Store가 처리합니다. 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않으며, 구매한 상품과 후원 기록은 이 기기에만 저장합니다.

봉인 시각 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며, 홈 화면 위젯과 워치의 기록은 휴대폰의 일렁 앱으로만 전달됩니다. 연구소 소식(공지)을 불러올 때는 개인정보를 보내지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

  • 로그인과 계정 관리
  • 감정 기록·하루 돌아보기 등 앱의 핵심 기능 제공
  • 봉인한 날의 클라우드 보관과 기기 변경 시 복원
  • 오류 확인, 앱 안정성과 품질 개선
  • 문의 답변과 법적 의무 이행

3. 저장 위치와 보관 기간

  • 기록은 먼저 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 봉인한 날의 기록만 개발자가 운영하는 서버(카페24 호스팅, 대한민국)에 보관되며, 봉인하지 않은 날은 기기에만 있습니다.
  • 설정 › 보관 › 클라우드 저장을 끄면, 이후 봉인한 날도 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이미 서버에 보관된 기록은 계정 및 데이터 삭제 전까지 남아 있습니다.
  • 계정 정보와 서버의 기록은 이용자가 삭제하거나 탈퇴할 때까지 보관합니다.
  • 앱 사용 통계는 Google의 보존 정책에 따라 보관된 뒤 삭제됩니다.
  • 문의 이메일은 답변 완료 후 1년간 보관할 수 있습니다.

4. 외부 서비스

  • Google LLC — Google 로그인, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Play 결제, Android 음성 인식
  • Apple Inc. — Apple 로그인, App Store 결제, iOS 음성 인식
  • 카페24(Cafe24 Corp.) — 서버 호스팅(계정 정보와 봉인한 날의 기록 보관)

각 서비스의 개인정보 처리는 해당 회사의 방침도 함께 따릅니다.

5. 제3자 제공

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거가 있거나 이용자가 동의한 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 삭제

삭제하면 일렁의 기록(감정·메모·고찰·색 설정)이 서버와 기기에서 제거되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 같은 계정으로 쓰는 오늘의복음·오늘의기도의 계정과 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 smithee.app@gmail.com으로 보내 주시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.

8. 안전한 처리

앱과 서버 사이의 통신은 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 사용하고, 서버 요청은 로그인한 계정의 인증 토큰으로만 처리합니다. 개발자는 Google·Apple 계정의 비밀번호를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

9. 아동

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

10. 방침의 변경과 문의

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 개인정보 관련 문의는 smithee.app@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요.

Privacy Policy (English)

Smithee (“we”) operates the Ripple app (package com.emotioncheck). This policy applies to the Ripple app only.

Information we process. Account: email address and user identifier from Google or Apple Sign-In (shared with our Daily Gospel and Daily Prayer apps when you use the same account). Records: the times you tap and how many times, one-line notes, the colors and color names you assign, daily reflections, day colors, seal records and your seal time setting. Usage statistics: information collected automatically by Google Analytics for Firebase, such as app launches and usage time, device model, OS and app version, approximate country and a random app-instance identifier; the content of your records is not included. Voice input: speech is converted to text by your device’s speech recognition service (Google on Android, Apple on iOS); we store only the resulting text, never audio. Purchases: payments are handled by Google Play and the App Store; we do not receive payment details, and purchase and support history is stored on your device only.

Storage. Records are saved on your device first. Only the records of days you have sealed are kept on our server (Cafe24 hosting, Republic of Korea); unsealed days stay on your device. You can turn off cloud storage in Settings. Account data and server records are kept until you delete your account.

Third parties. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it except where required by law. We use Google (Sign-In, Firebase Analytics, Google Play, speech recognition), Apple (Sign-In, App Store, speech recognition) and Cafe24 (server hosting).

Deletion. In the app, go to Settings and tap “Delete account and data” at the bottom, or see Ripple account & data deletion. This removes your Ripple records from the server and your device. Accounts and data for Daily Gospel and Daily Prayer are not deleted.

Security and children. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The app is not directed to children under 14.
